Jamie is an exceptionally gifted, professional and personable realtor who guided us through a successful sale and close in a very challenging Honolulu condo market. As overseas owners, we appreciated her weekly update zoom meetings when she would apprise us of the results of open houses, arranging showings with potential buyers, having meetings with contractors or interactions with the condo management office. Her warm personality made it easy to talk to and work with her. She impressed us with her diligence — we felt that she was working very hard to make sure our unit was presented in the best way possible — as well as her practical sense in getting the right things done — arranging needed repairs, cleanings and inspections, without spending unnecessarily. Condo rules restricted the days and times for showings and required advance notice to the management office, and Jamie was able to maintain good relationships with the condo office staff throughout the several-months-long process.
