Although the selection herein only allow us to select either buyer or seller, our realtor, Jamie Reich represented us in both capacities, on a sale of a property and the purchase of another property. Throughout the period of setting up the sale of our property and the purchase of the new property, Jamie met with us on a weekly basis, has been extremely patient and provided us with guidance as we navigated the selling/buying process. In the current market, this involved dealing with multiple offers on both ends. Jamie has also helped us tremendously by providing us with recommendations for trusted vendors for minor repairs, and who also provided us with their valued opinions and advice as we were considering properties to purchase. One occasion particularly stands out for us, showing the dedication and extreme customer service that Jamie provides to her clients. While we were travelling out of the country, Jamie navigated the 19 hour time difference and sought the assistance of our neighbors and one of her vendor contacts well into the night, to assist us with a needed repair for our property that was on the market at that time. Jamie stayed at the property late into the night until the repairs were completed, and provided us with status updates throughout the process. We truly appreciate Jamie's professionalism, service and efforts. We would not hesitate to work with Jamie again and have also recommended her to our family and friends.
